Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays). During launches and holiday rushes this can stretch to 3 to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $8 and arrives in about 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is $20 and arrives in about 2 to 3 business days, and is our pick in warm months so your candy stays at its best. Orders of $100 or more ship free with Standard shipping.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is packed and handed to the carrier, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to appear in the carrier's system.

Returns & Issues

Can I return candy?

For food safety reasons, we can't accept returns of edible products once they've left our facility.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue and photos of the shipping box, the packaging and the item. Once verified, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

My package says delivered but I can't find it.

Check around your entrance, with household members or with building management first. If it's still missing, let us know within 48 hours and we'll open a carrier search.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed right away to your original payment method. Most banks post the credit within 3 to 7 business days.

What makes Cotton Candy Blasts different?

Cotton Candy Blasts are bite-sized candies that melt in your mouth just like real cotton candy, in flavors from Original and Blue Raspberry to Pineapple Reaper.

Do Caramel Coffee Blasts contain real coffee?

Yes. Caramel Coffee Blasts are made with real brewed coffee, not just coffee flavor, blended with creamy caramel. Each piece contains 10 mg of caffeine. No cups, no spills: just pop and go.

What makes Simply Bliss real fruit gummies different?

Most “real fruit” gummies start with a fruit puree. Simply Bliss adds real fruit at the end of the process, so you can actually see and taste the fruit in every gummy.

Do your products contain allergens?

Our candy may be made in facilities that also handle common allergens such as milk, soy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. Please check the ingredient panel on each product before eating.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. Fill out the inquiry form on our Wholesale Orders page or give us a call. We'll send a custom quote based on your needs, you approve it, and we pack and ship your order quickly and securely. We partner with retail stores, distributors and online shops.
